Position 1: Labour Management Assistant (1 headcount):
- Research, prepare and draft documents, give legal views as required by the Labor Law about labor management
- Working with state agencies and related agencies to carry out work on the Labor Law
- Participate in labor cases as assigned by the Company
- Compliance training for workers
- Control the company's compliance with labor laws. Update new and amended legal regulations
- Participating in civil, criminal, and administrative cases as an authorized representative of a client or a protection/defense lawyer
Position 2: Labour Management Assistant (3 headcounts):
- Operate and develop communication channels and exchange information with managers and employees in different departments of the company.
- Meeting employees daily, grasping the working environment, employees' difficulties and reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Prepare content and facilities for meetings, training, open dialogue with other departments.
- Support consulting, solving labor issues such as: labor disputes, discipline, reward,...
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated in Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Administration, or other law
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Labor Law and related laws.
- Have experience working in legal field
- Having the ability to independently works, relationship with State agencies
- Fluent use of communicative English; Legal English
- Living in Hai Phong is advantage.
